Our Services
Birth Doula Package
Our birth package comes with 2-3 prenatal visits to get to know eachother and discuss birth options and pain management plans. You will have the continuous support of your doula throughout labour as well as 24/7 phone contact from 2 weeks before your Estimated Due Date. After birth your doula will stay to help initiate the first infant feeding. Two postpartum support visits are included to check everyone is doing well and is feeling supported.
Postpartum Support
Extra postpartum support is available for general 'Mother's Helper' type activities such as help with infant care, help learning infant soothing techniques, assistance with colicky or unhappy infants. Referals to lactation consultants and other professionals will be made when services are outside my scope of practice.
